This week’s block is the Criss-Cross Star Block from Lori @beelori1, and I had so much fun sewing this one up with my Correspondence collection! I love the sweet vintage feel of this block and all the fun movement in the star design. 💙🌸

✨ We made it to Block 16 — the final block of the RBD Block Challenge! ✨
This week’s block is the Kaleidoscope Block by Tara @artisttarareed, and it’s such a fun finish to the series! I love all the movement in this design — it really does feel like a little quilted kaleidoscope. 💙✨
And we’re not quite done yet — next week @RileyBlakeDesigns will share the finishing instructions so we can put all our blocks together! I can’t wait to see everyone’s finished quilts.

This is the Back Porch block from Joanna @figtreeandco , and I sewed mine up in Correspondence with a little Dainty Daisy in Grass added in the center for a fun accent pop. 💚
I love the sweet vintage feel of this block and those pretty floral corners so much! Can’t wait to see everyone’s versions this week.

This is the Center of Attention block by Heather @ankastreasures, and I love how it draws your eye right into the center—such a fun star design!
I had so much fun with these soft, tan, rose, peachy and aqua tones—they really make the block pop.
And we’re almost there… just ONE more block to go! 💕

LOL! I have notes written on the blades of my scissors – different pairs for different materials, some say “fabric only”, “paper only”, “tape only” ALL OF THEM say MOM ONLY on the other side. HA!
LOL – hahahahhahahahahhaha – too funny! Would be cute in a cowboy wanted poster as well :)

I just found Kix in my heater vents and a dog bone in my dryer so maybe you might want to check your heater vents and dryer…

Love it! But since my daughter gave herself a “haircut” i have all my scissor fitted with a Christmas bell… so I know where they are :)
LOL! I have resorted to threatening lives over my fabric scissors!
I feel your pain. When I lost – or rather when my first pair of real – bonafide fashion designer scissors were stolen – I cried. My mom used to put ribbon on the scissors that were hers and we were NOT to touch them.
Uh oh! My scissors disappear from my room weekly, and they all know better. I have teenagers! They have been told repeatedly not to touch my good scissors. I even told my husband that as long as they keep being dulled by the kids, I’ll keep buying them ;) I hope you find them safe and sound, and not covered in goo.

I have ‘sewing’ scissors and ‘hair cutting’ scissors and ‘paper / misc’ scissors. I sure do hate it when one of them get ‘misplaced’!!
When I moved in with my husband one of the first things I did was threaten him with bodily harm if he used my fabric scissors for anything other than fabric.
